Gathering Club is a locally owned company providing Adult Day Health Services. Whether in your home or ours, everyone is treated with equal dignity and respect. Our staff members are highly trained professionals with over 80 years of combined experience serving the diverse adult and refugee community in Kentuckiana.

We perform an intensive background check and drug screening on each staff member.

Gathering Club will always have available services with staff including:

  • Licensed Drivers

Nandu Neopaney, Vice President of Operations

“Providing Guidance through Quaility Client Service”

Nandu Neopaney has been in leadership with the Gathering Club for the past six years. He works with diverse populations to help them communicate their needs more effectively. He speaks Napali and Hindi.

Many of his responsibilities include parlaying his language and artful communication skills to help individuals obtain Medicaid, Community Based Waivers, Social Security Benefits, Green Cards, Passports, Travel Documents, and medical necessities. Nandu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Patan College in Nepal, India.

LaQuinn Stover, Program Director, American/LGBTQ+

“Making a Difference Everyday”

LaQuinn Stover is a powerhouse at the Gathering Club. His caring and compassionate persoanality helps him extend support and guidance to clients as they navigate their way through the day. LaQuinn’s experience includes being a transportation manager, assistant director of environmental services, assisted living, and hotel audit manager.

Rhonda Shaver, Director, Case Management

“Dedication, Compassion & Concern for all”

Rhonda Shaver has been a director with Gathering Club since 2018 and has spent the past two decades in  Case Management for the state of Kentucky. She thrives on helping others and continues to provide direction and guidance to the clients she so diligently serves. 

Rhonda holds a Masters degree in Sociology. Her interests include helping others, her family, friends, and  playing tennis. She is excited to witness the recent growth and expansion of Gathering Club and looks  forward to continuing to serve those in need.

Alicia Veasey, Billing Specialist

“Organization and Confidence Helps us Achieve More”

A proud member of the Gathering Club team, Alicia Veasey has been with the organization for over one year. Her experience includes ten years in billing service. She has spent the past fifteen years in the senior care industry. Alicia enjoys being organized and helping others achieve their very best. Her role as Billing Specialist provides the perfect combination of analysis and follow through to help everyone achieve more. 

Khaga Sapkota, Nursing Director

“Building Success through Teamwork and Growth”

Khaga Sapkota has been helping clients at Gathering Club for the past five and a half years. His previous  experience includes work as a weekend charge nurse with Presbyterian Homes of Louisville and Medical  Director of Access Care. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry, a Masters Degree, and an  Associates Degree from Nepal, India. His scientific background coupled with his passion for people, is  evident in his daily client interactions and outcome based approaches.

Yurian Santiesteban, Manager, Community Relations

“A Vital Resource Link for the Community”

Yurain Santiesteban provides a passionate approach to his role at Gathering Club. Connecting people to  the right resources and networking organizations helps seniors and the disabled to empower themselves with the best options. Yurain believes in helping people develop and fulfill their potential. Helping others age gracefully while at home or at Gathering Club is important to him. Prior to his role in community outreach with Gathering Club, he worked for seventeen years helping Hispanic individuals and communities in  Kentuckiana. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Theological Studies from Campbellsville University.

Amy Curl, Executive Administrative Assistant

“Involvement and Education are a Powerful Combination in Serving Others”

Amy Curl has a diverse background with unique qualifications perfect for her role with Gathering Club. Her  management experience includes Waiver Case Manager, Adult Day Program Manager, and Residential  Manager. She also spent ten years as a psychiatric attendant and eight years as a qualified medication  aide. Her impressive resume includes Pharmacy Technician, Direct Support Professional, and Correctional  Officer.  

Education has been paramount to Amy. She holds many pertinent degrees including: Associate of Applied Science, Human Services from Ivy Tech Community College; Bachelor of Science, General Studies with  concentration in Human Services from Indiana Wesleyan University; and Master of Public Administration with  concentration in Nonprofit Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. Her future plans include pursing her doctorate degree.
